Social Media Marketing and Management for Growing Brands

Customers check your social profiles before they call, visit or buy. A feed that stopped three months ago, or looks different every week, quietly costs you trust. RDS Innovations plans, designs and publishes consistent content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, replies to your community and shows you each month what is working.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Social Media Marketing, explained simply.

For most growing businesses, social media does two jobs. It is proof that you are active and real, the place people look after hearing your name. And it is a way to stay in front of people who already follow you until they are ready to buy. Reels and shared posts can reach new people too, but organic reach is unpredictable, so we plan content that serves your existing audience first and earns reach as a bonus.

Each platform suits a different purpose. Instagram works for visual brands such as food, fashion, interiors, wellness and travel. Facebook still matters for local communities, older audiences and event promotion. LinkedIn suits B2B companies, professional services, hiring and founder-led thought leadership. We recommend focusing on the one or two platforms where your customers actually spend time, rather than posting thinly everywhere.

Our monthly cycle is simple. We agree themes and dates in a planning call, share a content calendar for your approval, design posts and stories, write captions, prepare reels concepts and edit your footage, schedule everything and respond to comments and messages within agreed hours. At month end you receive analytics with notes on what to repeat and what to drop.

Organic social is what you publish to your followers for free. Paid social means putting budget behind posts or running ad campaigns to reach specific audiences. This service covers organic management and can include boosting selected posts. Structured lead-generation campaigns on Meta are handled under our digital marketing service, using creatives we produce here.

PROBLEMS IT SOLVES

Why businesses invest in it.

Posting in bursts, then going silent

Content goes out daily for two weeks and then stops when the business gets busy. Followers and the platforms both notice the gaps.

A feed that does not look like one brand

Different templates, fonts and colors every week make the profile look improvised, even when the business itself is well run.

The owner designs posts late at night

Founders or front-desk staff spend hours on templates and captions, time that should go into serving customers or growing the business.

Comments and messages left unanswered

Price questions, booking requests and complaints sit in the inbox for days. Potential customers move on, and public comments remain unaddressed.

Likes from friends, but no enquiries

Posts get polite engagement but never explain what you offer, who it is for or how to book, so social activity does not connect to sales.

Not sure what to post on LinkedIn

B2B teams know LinkedIn matters but struggle to turn their expertise, projects and hiring news into regular, readable posts.

USE CASES

How businesses use it.

Representative examples of the work, described generically. They are not client case studies.

A cafe launching a seasonal menu

A teaser story series, carousel posts for new dishes, a reel of the kitchen preparing the signature item and a pinned post with timings and location.

A clinic building patient trust

Doctor-led educational reels and carousels that explain common conditions and procedures in plain language, with every post reviewed by your medical team before publishing.

A B2B company on LinkedIn

Company page posts about projects, capabilities and hiring, plus ghostwritten posts for a founder or senior leader based on short monthly interviews.

A real estate developer sharing progress

Regular construction updates, amenity explainers, location highlights and site-visit invitations that keep interested buyers engaged between launches.

A retail brand during festive season

A campaign calendar with countdown stories, gift-guide carousels, offer posts and reels, with creatives also adapted for paid campaigns.

DELIVERY PROCESS

How we deliver it.

Decisions stay visible, important workflows are validated early, and delivery is shaped around the agreed scope.

  1. 01

    Onboarding and brand inputs

We collect your logo, colors, fonts, product photos, past posts, competitors you admire and the tone you want, and get admin access to your pages.

  2. 02

    Strategy and content pillars

We choose platforms, posting rhythm and content pillars based on your audience and goals, and agree what success looks like for the first few months.

  3. 03

    Monthly calendar approval

Before each month, you review the calendar with topics, formats and dates, and suggest changes or upcoming events we should include.

  4. 04

    Production and approvals

We design posts and stories, write captions and edit reels, then share them in batches for your approval so nothing is published without your sign-off.

  5. 05

    Publishing and community

Approved content is scheduled, and we monitor comments and messages during agreed hours, passing leads and sensitive conversations to your team.

  6. 06

    Analytics and review

At month end, we share analytics and discuss what to keep, change or test next, so the plan improves over time.

DECISION GUIDE

Organic social, paid social, or both?

Organic and paid social do different jobs and often work well together. Published starting packages for social media and creative work are listed on our pricing page.

Organic social management

Best for: Building trust, staying visible to existing followers and showing that the business is active

Regular posts, stories, reels and replies on your own profiles. It builds a credible presence over time, but reach to new people is limited and varies month to month.

Paid social campaigns

Best for: Reaching new audiences quickly for a launch, offer, event or lead-generation goal

Budget is put behind ads targeted by location, interests and behavior. It produces faster reach and measurable leads, but stops when spend stops, and is managed under our digital marketing service.

Organic plus selective boosting

Best for: Small businesses that want a steady presence with occasional extra reach for important posts

We manage organic content and boost a few chosen posts each month on a modest budget, such as a new menu, an open day or a seasonal offer.

PLANNING

Considerations, cost and timeline.

Limitations & implementation considerations

  • Organic reach changes with platform algorithms and cannot be promised. Follower count alone is not a useful goal; enquiries and engagement from the right people matter more.
  • Good social content needs input from you: photos, short videos, product details, quick approvals and sometimes time on camera.
  • We do not buy followers, likes or engagement. These damage credibility and can put accounts at risk.
  • Boosting budgets, influencer fees, music licenses beyond platform libraries and professional photo or video shoots are billed separately.
  • Community management covers agreed hours and common questions. Complaints, refunds and clinical or legal questions are escalated to your team.

What affects cost

  • Number of platforms managed
  • Number of posts, stories and reels each month
  • How much reel editing and scripting is needed
  • Scope of community management and response hours
  • Whether boosting or paid campaign creatives are included
  • Level of reporting and strategy meetings

Typical timeline

Onboarding, profile optimization and the first content calendar typically take one to two weeks, depending on how quickly brand inputs and approvals arrive. Engagement patterns usually become clear after a few months of consistent posting.

FAQ

Questions about social media.

Which platforms should my business be on?

Usually one or two, chosen by where your customers spend time. Visual consumer brands often start with Instagram, local businesses add Facebook, and B2B or professional firms focus on LinkedIn. We recommend platforms after understanding your audience.

Do you shoot photos and videos?

We provide shot lists and scripts so your team can film on a phone, then we edit the footage into reels. Professional photography and video shoots can be arranged but are billed separately.

Will you reply to messages on our behalf?

Yes, within agreed working hours and using approved answers for common questions. Leads are passed to your team, and complaints or sensitive topics are escalated to you rather than handled by us alone.

How is this different from your digital marketing service?

This service covers organic content and community on your profiles. Digital marketing covers paid campaigns on Google and Meta with tracking and lead optimization. Many clients use both, with our designers supplying creatives for the ads.

Can we approve everything before it goes live?

Yes. Every month starts with a calendar you approve, and posts are shared in batches for review. Nothing is published without your sign-off.
