Graphic Design for Brands, Campaigns and Print

When your brochure, Instagram posts, sales deck and shop banner all look like they came from different companies, customers notice. RDS Innovations creates a simple visual system for your brand and then designs each piece to match it, from a single ad creative to a full product catalog and print-ready packaging label.

IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Graphic Design, explained simply.

Graphic design, as we practice it, is the design of materials your business uses to sell and communicate: social posts, ad creatives, brochures, catalogs, presentations, banners, signage and labels. Our senior graphic designer leads this work, with support from our UI/UX designer when pieces connect to your website or app.

We start with a brand visual kit if you do not already have one. That means confirming your logo versions, a color palette, a pair of typefaces, graphic elements and photo style. We then document these in a short brand guidelines-lite document. It is not a hundred-page brand book, just the few pages your team, printer and future vendors need to keep things consistent.

Digital and print design have different technical needs. Digital pieces must fit each platform's sizes and text limits. Print pieces need the right color mode, enough resolution, bleed and trim margins, and sometimes a dieline from your printer or packaging supplier. We prepare files to those specifications so printers do not send them back.

Fonts and stock images are licensed products. Where suitable we use fonts that are free for commercial use. When a project needs a paid font, stock photo, illustration or icon set, the license is purchased in your name or billed to you separately, so you have the right to use it. You receive editable source files and exported files at the end of each project.

PROBLEMS IT SOLVES

Why businesses invest in it.

Every material looks different

Brochures, social posts, presentations and banners were made by different people at different times, so the brand feels inconsistent and less professional.

Printers reject or misprint your files

Low-resolution images, missing bleed, screen colors that print dull and text too close to the trim edge cause reprints, delays and wasted money.

Ad creatives that tire quickly

Campaigns run the same two images for months. Performance drops, and there is no system for producing fresh variations in the right sizes.

Sales decks that are hard to follow

Slides packed with text and mismatched charts make it difficult for prospects or investors to understand what you offer.

No source files from the previous designer

You only have flattened images or PDFs, so even a small text change means recreating the design from scratch.

IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU?

Who needs it, and when.

Who it is for

  • Manufacturers and distributors that need catalogs, product sheets and exhibition graphics
  • Food, personal care and consumer product businesses that need packaging labels
  • Startups preparing pitch decks, launch creatives and a first brand kit
  • Real estate developers that need brochures, hoardings and site signage
  • Marketing teams that need a steady supply of social and ad creatives

When it is the right time

  • When launching a new brand, product or business unit
  • Before a trade show, exhibition or major sales meeting
  • When your materials look dated or inconsistent next to competitors
  • When starting paid campaigns that need multiple creative sizes and variations
  • When you need a printer-ready file and do not want to risk a failed print run
WHAT'S INCLUDED

Features, deliverables and capabilities.

Scope is agreed in writing for every project. These are the building blocks we typically plan with you.

01

Brand visual kit

02

Brand guidelines-lite

A short, practical document showing how to use the logo, colors, fonts and layouts, with examples of what to avoid, so your team and vendors stay consistent.

03

Social media creatives and templates

Post, carousel and story designs plus editable templates for recurring formats such as announcements, offers and quotes, sized for each platform.

04

Ad creatives

Static and simple animated creatives for Google and Meta campaigns in the required sizes, with several headline and image variations so campaigns can be tested and refreshed.

05

Brochures, catalogs and flyers

Company profiles, product catalogs, price-list layouts, leaflets and flyers designed for print and for sharing as lightweight PDFs on WhatsApp and email.

06

Presentations

Sales decks, investor decks, company profiles and training slides with clear structure, readable charts and master templates in PowerPoint or Google Slides.

07

Banners and large-format graphics

Website banners, standees, roll-ups, hoardings, shop signage and exhibition stall graphics prepared at the correct size and resolution for each vendor.

08

Packaging labels and print-ready files

Product labels, box artwork and stickers designed on your supplier's dieline, with bleed, safe zones and print color settings checked before handover.

USE CASES

How businesses use it.

Representative examples of the work, described generically. They are not client case studies.

A product catalog for a manufacturer

A structured catalog with consistent product photography layout, specification tables, category dividers and a lighter digital version for sales teams to share.

Labels for a food or personal care product

Front and back label designs on the supplier's dieline. Mandatory information such as ingredients, batch details and regulatory marks is supplied and verified by you.

A pitch deck for a startup

A clear story from problem to solution, market, product and team, with simple charts and a master template the founders can update for each meeting.

Project launch material for a developer

A project brochure, hoarding design, site signage and a matching set of social and ad creatives, all built from one visual direction.

Exhibition stall graphics

Backdrop panels, standees, product cards and a handout leaflet, prepared to the exhibition organizer's specifications and print vendor's file requirements.

DELIVERY PROCESS

How we deliver it.

Decisions stay visible, important workflows are validated early, and delivery is shaped around the agreed scope.

  1. 01

    Brief and references

We discuss the purpose, audience, sizes, deadlines and where each piece will be used, and review your existing materials and examples you like.

  2. 02

    Concept directions

For new brands or major pieces, we present a small number of design directions so you can choose a path before details are worked out.

  3. 03

    Design and revisions

The chosen direction is developed into final designs, with an agreed number of revision rounds to refine copy, images and layout.

  4. 04

    File preparation

Final files are exported for each use: web-optimized images, print PDFs with bleed and crop marks, and sizes for each ad platform.

  5. 05

    Handover

You receive editable source files, exported files, font and image license details and, where relevant, templates your team can reuse.

DECISION GUIDE

Per-project design, a monthly creative plan, or a brand kit first?

How you buy design depends on how often you need it and whether your brand basics are settled. Published starting packages for social media and creative work are on our pricing page.

Brand kit first

Best for: New businesses, rebrands or any company whose materials currently look inconsistent

We define the logo usage, colors, fonts and layout rules before producing other pieces. Everything designed afterward is faster and more consistent.

Per-project design

Best for: Occasional needs such as a brochure, a pitch deck, packaging labels or exhibition graphics

Each project is scoped and quoted on its own, with defined deliverables, revision rounds and handover of source files.

Monthly creative plan

Best for: Businesses running social media and ads that need a regular flow of fresh creatives

A set volume of social and ad creatives each month, planned around your campaigns, often combined with social media management.

PLANNING

Considerations, cost and timeline.

Limitations & implementation considerations

  • Paid fonts, stock photos, illustrations and icon sets are billed separately and licensed for your use. Printing and production costs are not included.
  • Printed colors vary between printers, paper types and finishes. We recommend approving a physical proof before a large print run.
  • A new logo should be checked for trademark conflicts. Trademark searches and registration should be handled with your legal advisers.
  • AI image tools can help with early concepts, but they can produce errors and raise usage-rights questions. We tell you when AI-generated imagery is used and avoid it for final artwork where rights are unclear.
  • Revision rounds are agreed upfront. Major changes in direction after approval are treated as new work.

What affects cost

  • Number of pieces and sizes required
  • Whether a brand visual kit or logo work is needed first
  • Complexity of layouts, such as multi-page catalogs or technical diagrams
  • Number of revision rounds and concept directions
  • Print specifications, dielines and file preparation requirements
  • Licensed fonts, stock images or illustrations needed

Typical timeline

Individual creatives and small sets typically take a few working days to a couple of weeks, depending on approvals. Brand kits, catalogs and packaging projects usually take a few weeks because they involve concepts, revisions and print checks.

FAQ

Questions about graphic design.

Do we get the editable source files?

Yes. At handover you receive editable source files along with exported files for web and print. Licensed fonts and stock images remain subject to their own license terms.

Can you design a new logo for us?

Yes, logo design or refinement can be included in a brand kit project. We recommend checking the final logo for trademark conflicts with your legal advisers before investing heavily in printed materials.

Will you handle printing as well?

We prepare files to your printer's specifications and can coordinate proofs with them. Printing itself is arranged with your chosen vendor, and printing costs are paid directly to them.

Who provides the text for brochures and labels?

We can edit and structure copy, and help write marketing text. Technical specifications, prices and any legally required label information must be supplied and checked by your team.

Can our team edit the social templates themselves?

Yes. We can build simple editable templates for routine posts so your team can update text and photos while keeping layouts consistent. More complex creatives should stay with the designer.
