RDS Innovations Inc. was founded by Ruth and Don Schenendorf. As co-founders, each brings thirty plus years of retail, advertising and technology experience to their business. After decades of working for large corporations, Don and Ruth decided it was time to have fun and put their senior executive experience to work in a more meaningful way. They founded RDS Innovations Inc.
Ruth was born and raised in Southern California. She started her career in retail learning all aspects of the retail industry. From stocking shelves, cashiering, customer service to sales audit manager at the store level. Ruth was then promoted to Inventory Control Manager and transferred to the Corporate Offices. Her career continued to evolve into management roles in charge of people, processes and projects. It was a natural fit when she discovered she had a natural ability in the area of technology. From there, Ruth was educated at IBM Guided Learning Center in Los Angeles where she studied the following:

After spending many years working in teams developing mid to large sized applications in accounting, media management, dynamic reporting tools and transportation, Ruth again moved up in the organization into executive management roles overseeing 40 + employees in application development, quality assurance, help desk, desk top management and 3rd party software implementation and maintenance.
Ruth left the corporate environment in 2008 and partnered up with her husband, Don, to start up their own business providing technology services to local small businesses. She finds it rewarding to use the skills, disciplines and experience she acquired along the way to work with business owners on their websites, search engine optimization, print advertising and marketing needs. This is by far the best time Ruth has had during her career.
